Our Story
Two years ago, I discovered sourdough during a personally challenging season of life. I was searching for something grounding—something that required patience, attention, and care. What I found in this slow, intentional process became more than bread; it became a creative ritual that brought calm and structure into my days.
What began as curiosity soon transformed into practice. I immersed myself in baking communities, learned step by step, and spent countless hours experimenting in my kitchen. My first loaves were shared at home, where they quickly became a family favorite.
My husband and children became my first taste-testers and biggest supporters, encouraging me to keep going and keep improving. From there, I began sharing bread with friends and neighbors, and even helped a few begin their own sourdough journeys. Their excitement and encouragement shaped my confidence and deepened my love for this craft.
Today, baking is something I do with intention and joy—for my family, my friends, and my community. What started as a personal practice has grown into something I'm deeply grateful for: a way to slow down, create with care, and share something meaningful—one loaf at a time.
